You need to visit the following link: http://etc.hec.gov.pk to register online. Candidates can visit the HEC regional centers of Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore and Karachi. Higher Education Commission, Habib Bank Limited, branch code: 0112, or recommend to HEC DG Finance by bank draft before the deadline.
