Even so, POF’s goal is to provide the armed services with the ammunition and weapons they need in times of peace and conflict. In 1995, the government of Pakistan established POF, which now consists of 14 ordnance factories.

Eligibility Criteria
- You need a minimum of a second-division Matriculation (M.A.) in Science subjects to be eligible for this position.
- Applicants’ ages on April 5, 2023 should fall between 17 and 21 years old.
- The length of this training programme will be between one and one and a half years.
- POF will provide a monthly stipend of Rs. 7615 for the first semester, Rs. 9138 for the second semester, and Rs. 12184 for the third semester.
