Under the Rs. 7.5 billion Ramadan relief package, utility stores will not give discount on sugar, flour, and ghee prices. The government’s Ramadan relief package will not include discounts on three essential commodities, according to a private news channel citing sources.

Ramadan Relief Package
Ramadan relief packages will include flour priced at Rs 648 per kilogram, sugar priced at Rs 109 per kilogram for Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) beneficiaries, and ghee priced at Rs 365 per kilogram.
Utility store management explained that sugar, flour, and ghee prices were not lowered because beneficiaries of BISP already receive discounts on these items.
It is important to note that Ramadan will begin on March 12. Moon for Ramadan will be born on March 10, but it won’t be visible to the naked eye until March 11. According to weather expert Jawad Memon, moon will be born on March 10 but it won’t be visible until March 11.
